In 2008, I had the privilege of being ordained a permanent deacon in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Trenton, New Jersey.
I serve at St. Paul's parish in Princeton, New Jersey, where I especially enjoy working with couples preparing for marriage and baptisms. I also guide those who are going through the annulment process.
All this I do with the prayerful hope that my personal experience with these key life events will be a blessing to others. I'm married, have been divorced, and am the father of four grown sons.
Most deacons have a "day job" in addition to their parish responsibilities. Mine is CEO of a privately-held company providing marketing and distribution services to the healthcare industry. Believe me when I say there's no shortage of opportunities to bring the gospel message into this workplace of 600 employees.
Like my parents of blessed memory, I'm passionate about Catholic education. I serve on the Board of Trustees for Georgian Court University, and the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.
